Abstract:

The authors explain the mechanism of the in crease of the region investment at attractiveness’ through the establishment of sustainable strategic partnership between regional business entities and public HEIs. The effect of the positive influence resulting from qualitative change of the local human capital as well as the consequences of such change are proved.
