Abstract:

Author characterizes modern possibilities of the innovative development of the construction industry in the Volgograd oblast. The method for estimating the development innovative potential of construction enterprises is suggested; the recommendations to improve the innovative activity of construction industry enterprises and the region as a whole are provided.
