Abstract:

The problem of innovation management associated with the development of technological innovations is considering. The need for timely assessment of the level of readiness of logistics is note, this is reducing the financial risks associated with the introduction of innovative technologies. The description of the expert and test methods for the assessment of the level of readiness of logistics are given.
