Abstract:

The paper considers the aspects of machine engineering development in the Republic of Kazakhstan on cluster and innovation basis. The author reviews the conception of clustering of machine engineering sector and expounds the contents of this conception. The author proposes a scheme of an engineering cluster explaining the allocation of the main branches of the engineering sector in specific regions of the country.
