Abstract:

The authors analyze the innovation-driven growth as a multifactorial process, taking into account the features and characteristics of subsystems: the stability of banks (a new approach to the assessment of credit risks) and the corporate sector. The interrelation of innovation activity of companies, agency relationship and ownership structure are empirically investigated.
