Abstract:

In the article, the authors have reviewed and analyzed the criteria and types of competitiveness, the types of innovation and the innovative methods to ensure competitiveness. They also have disclosed the value of integrated structures and the need for effective government intervention to curb monopolies and cartel agreements. Attention is drawn to the option of clustering through transformation of cartels.
