Abstract:

The article discusses the features of human resources management in modern conditions of transition to an innovative economy. Substantiated paradigm shift of human resources management. The definition of innovation- oriented human resource management, showing contrast personnel management, formulated the principles of construction, disclosed the identity and structure of modern, efficient human resource management systems, scientifically based algorithm for constructing them. In a block diagram presents the author's conceptual model of innovation- oriented human resource management.
