Abstract:

In modern conditions military high schools operate at the intersection of two areas: first, they participate in formation of the all-European integration (Bologna) education system, entering competitive fight; secondly, they are part of power structures and military defense industry, being under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. It complicates an assessment of competitiveness and separation of system of indexes and the factors influencing success of military educational institution in the GDP market. The concept of competitiveness used by researchers for a long time the concept of competitive sustainability of educational institution as an index of viability and efficiency of functioning of higher education institution succeeds.
