Abstract:

The state support of innovative activities is one of the leverages for influencing the innovation sphere. The author has analysed state support in a region (evidence from the Republic of Komi) thus shedding light on the mechanism of competitive selection of projects. The data obtained enables the participants of innovative activities to justify properly the expediency of implementation of innovative projects, and also to predict the decisions of the commission concerning to provision of subsidies or refusal to provide thereof.
