Abstract:

In the wake of rapid development paces inherent to the modern society the commercial organisations have to promptly react to any changes occurring on the market and seek for high quality solutions finding solutions. Personnel’s creative potential and creative approaches in such conditions facilitate elaboration of solutions for many complicated problems. The adaptation of a complex of heuristic methods for solution of the problems related to the development of a brand for an innovative cosmetic product can serve as an example.
