Abstract:

At the present time there is a necessity for a unified basic procedure of expert assessment as a single-option method of obtaining information in some cases. In this connection the author attempted to develop an algorithm for expert assessment. The main stages of such assessment are presented and shown. The necessities to establish an expert commission and to evaluate the accuracy of the obtained results with the aim of increasing the objectivity of their interpretation are substantiated. The author came to conclusion that the expert assessment significantly increases the quality and effectiveness of managerial decisions due to diversity of the analysis.
