Abstract:

The author analyses foreign literary sources, devoted to the modeling of innovation processes. In accordance with R. Roswell classification, the existing models, developed during the period from the 50s right up until present days, are represented in the given article schematically. The key role in the innovation process, according to the author, belongs to marketing. Herein the characteristics of the generations are considered and 24 factors for the fifth-generation models are described.
