In the conditions of transition to post-industrial economy, the development and stimulation of innovative activity of entrepreneurs has a great significance. The authors of the article have carried out a research directed at finding out risk factors of innovative activity of entrepreneurs. On this foundation, the rose of risks in innovative activity was formed and basic recommendations were proposed to regulate risks in innovative activity of subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.
