Organizational economic mechanism of strategizing in innovative activities of National Research University has process, functional and predictive character. Since the organizational economic mechanism is the topic of discussion the Article shows that methodologically the introduction of the organizational economic mechanism of innovative strategizing is based on the methodology of institutional reforming of an organization. Such reforming includes two directions – institutional restructuring and institutional refunctionalization.
