Abstract:

The project definition implies that the work will result in achieving a unique result. In the course of labor activities the project team will face the tasks solution of which requires using creative approach. Thus, there is an urgent need for tools that will make possible the most efficient use of the creative potential of the project team. Heuristic approach can act as one of such tools.
