Abstract:

Nowadays it is indisputably necessary to maintain and develop the educational networks. The article presented contains data about the social network in the field of education as one of the tools for social and cultural modernization of education. The main characteristics and functional features of existing social networks as well as the new social network for education created with the author’s participation were analyzed were analyzed.
