Abstract:

The Author revealed the interdependence of the quantity bankruptcies and the level of innovative activities of the country. The hypothesis that on certain stages of the innovative process the economic stability of the enterprise is impaired greatly often resulting in its bankruptcy, was made. A model of managing the innovative development process in the enterprise in accordance with the criterion of economic stability retention was proposed.
