Abstract:

The article considers peculiarities of application of the concept of lean production in domestic enterprises. The need to involve auxiliary departments of enterprises in this process is considered, as they are the ones with high labour costs. These labour costs do not create value for the consumer and therefore need to be reviewed with appropriate modification.
