In the context of modern globalization, the main form of intangible assets, on which the development of an organization directly depends, is human capital. In view of this, the problem of the efficient use of human resources of the enterprise and the correct choice of forms of organization of their labour becomes urgent. The competent organization of the process of managing a group of employees (team) contributes to the stimulation of activities, which in turn increases the efficiency of the work process and the success of the entire organization as a whole. The ability to work in a team is appreciated in any area of the business. An effective team is able to generate high-quality group and individual work. Time does not stand still, so modern teams are fundamentally different from those that worked before. They have become more technological and diverse, because of this, new challenges arise for teams. There are many modern studies in the field of personnel management. These works make clear the importance of team forms of organizing the activities of employees in the company. It is necessary to highlight the positions of leading companies in relation to teamwork and determine their common characteristics. This article discusses the features of the command form of labour organization in various companies, provides examples of various studies of group forms of labour organization.
