Abstract:

The problem of adaptability of replicated management and technological practices of continuous improvements in the conditions of domestic production, as well as the need to ensure their ultimate effectiveness and efficiency in the context of formed corporate systems in production, research, and design complexes is of fundamental importance at the present time, which determines the relevance of the research topic. The article reveals the terminological apparatus. The accumulated experience of continuous improvements and increasing the efficiency of the corporate systems is consolidated on the example of the production and design complex of the petrochemical industry. Generalization and systematization of experience allows the author to identify existing barriers in project activities, to form an adaptive model of continuous improvements and increasing the efficiency of the formed systems, which is real in execution in the planned period.
