Abstract:

Charging for heating in apartment buildings is a widely discussed topic in society. There are several methods for calculating heat energy consumption, most of them are only indirectly related to metering devices. The article describes how to account for the consumed heat energy in apartment buildings, the pros and cons of installing individual heat meters. The paper determines the cost of changing the heating system by redeveloping the premises, upgrading the heating system (increasing the sections on the heating device) and increasing the diameter of the pipeline. The calculations are presented in real terms, as well as translated into monetary equivalent. In conclusion, recommendations on methods of charging are given.
