Abstract:

In the modern economy conditions the necessity of creation of the adequate instruments for support of the business enterprises becomes more evident. One of such instruments may be considered the creation of the Businessmen Rights Protection Commissioner institute in the Russian Federation in 2012. The author is analyzing the business-ombudsmen foreign experience, the comparative characteristics of the ombudsman’ work principles as in the Russian Federation as abroad is also represented.
