Abstract:

In modern conditions, public-private partnership is one of the most effective options for attracting capital to innovative activity, which determines the feasibility of its implementation in all spheres of the economy. This article substantiates the possibilities and forms of private capital participation in the military-innovative sphere, for which the modern level of innovative development of the industry was assessed. The order of financing of the defense sector in comparison with foreign experience was considered. The directions of its improvement were determined. The result of the study was a reasonable conclusion about the most optimal form of public-private partnership, such as the contract of the full life cycle of weapon's samples, military and special equipment.
