Abstract:

The interrelation of structural modernization of the regional economy from the scale and nature of innovative changes in its components is indicated. It is pointed out that it is necessary to identify system-forming elements that determine the content of anti-crisis components in the context of regional entities and form the potential of modernization transformations. The influence of the middle class on the formation of anti-crisis components in an unstable economy is revealed and its significance as an instrument for managing innovative changes in the structure-forming sectors of the regional economy is indicated. The “10S” model is proposed, within the framework of which the effectiveness of the implementation of marketing strategies at the regional level can be achieved. A model has been developed for managing the structural modernization of industry in the region by activating the innovative component of economic growth
