Abstract:

The author discloses the contents of the term “new digital divide”, which is connected with the unequal creation and use of the informational resources and knowledge possibilities of the countries. The meaning of the access to the informational and knowledge resources in the innovational activities of the companies and innovational development of the Russian economy is also reflected.
