E-commerce plays an important role in the economy of the modern state. The strengthening of information exchange, electronic financial flows, international electronic trade impose high demands on the information and communication infrastructure of the state. The article reveals the main problems and trends in the development of e-commerce in Kazakhstan on the basis of the study of the legislative framework, the practice of Internet technologies application in Kazakhstan Internet resources.
