Abstract:

This article presents the State order placement organization innovational model structure in which the functions of the State Orders placement are distributed among the client, the authorized body and a specialized organization. As an innovational structure unit of the authorized body, the market conjuncture investigational center is offered, and the special organization has the obligations to attract potential providers (contractors) for the participation in the order placement. The specialized organization services costs method dedicated to the attraction of the potential providers (contractors) and calculations of the mentioned services is offered. The economy effect of the specialized organizations activities for the attraction of the potential providers (contractors) for the participation in the order placement is also calculated.
