Abstract:

The aim of the study is the formation of the main elements of the concept of innovation and investment balanced industrial policy in the context of the digital economy. The author examines the main approaches to the digital transformation of industry and problems of innovative - investment balance. As the result the author offers the main modules of the concept of innovation and investment balanced industrial policy in the context of the digital economy.
