Abstract:

The article is devoted to the research of the major factors influencing efficiency of knowledge and competences transfer between the companies participating in strategic alliances. The analysis given in the article allows to distinguish three types of such factors: characteristics of the company being trained, characteristics of the partner and the ones of the knowledge proper.
