Abstract:

The article describes the specifics of China's economic strategy within the Arctic vector of China's foreign economic policy in 2000-2019. A detailed analysis of the key sectors of Chinese investments in the Scandinavian countries is given. Periods of damage to the national economies of Sweden and Norway during deterioration of relations with the People's Republic of China are indicated. The forecast of development prospects of the Arctic strategy of Beijing which will face opposition of the USA in Northern part of Atlantic ocean is stated.
