Abstract:

In the modern system of public finance management, there are many problems associated with the bureaucratic side, as well as document management, control of various stages of the budget process, and the implementation of the principle of transparency of the budget system. In this regard, the topic of the study is relevant. The article reflects the essence and principles of the goods (works, services) procurement, methodological aspects of the development of the contract system, as well as the mechanism of funding the goods (works, services) procurement for public needs.
