Abstract:

Subject and topic. The article highlights the results of the study of the interaction of labour intensity, labour productivity and working time and their impact on the growth of value added. Purpose of research. An attempt is made to link in one node the solution of the problems of modernization of material and technological base of production, management, intensity and productivity in the context of the working week reduction. Methodology. Methods of the system analysis of cause-and-effect relations on the example of slowdown of growth of labour productivity according to the statistics of Rosstat, OECD, EAEU are used. Results. The main reasons for the slowdown in economic growth due to value added are identified. The specific proposals and ways to increase productivity, the cost of working time reduction, inclusive forms of motivation and remuneration are developed. Application. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of the National project on labour productivity growth and employment support.
