The article emphasizes the importance of attracting the study migrants for the Russian Federation. The modern views of scientists on the problems of adaptation and the integration of the study migrants in the host society are reflected. The practice of conducting measures to adapt and integrate the study migrants in some foreign countries is generalized. Problems are identified; and proposals for improving the adaptation and integration of migrant workers in Russian society are presented.
