Abstract:

Contradictions that generate problems of a modern corporation , and their solutions are considered, the evolution of basic institutions ( government and property ) of the corporation , transformation of the institution of power of the corporation , mechanisms of corporation development on the basis of harmonization of interests of the subjects of corporate relations and building configuration of capitals are analyzed. A problem of building of the efficient configuration of capitals (capitalogramms ), adequate to the system of operating strategies of development of the corporation is defined. The hypothesis of the research is formed
