The article reflects the identified problems and trends of funding for public procurement of goods (works, services) for state (municipal) needs. In this regard, on the basis of the calculations the authors proposed alternative mechanisms for solving the identified problems through the introduction into the system of neural networks, blockchain mechanisms and SMART contracts, which will simplify and speed up all issues of interaction of both public authorities and local self-government among themselves, and authorities with citizens. Their introduction into existing systems will not only reduce the cost of maintaining the server, ensuring stable operation of the system, but it will also allow to quickly replenish databases from various sources. It will ensure the transparency of the entire system, the availability and openness of data for citizens, and it will have an intuitive interface for different categories of the population.
