Abstract:

The authors of the study analyze topical issues of improving algorithms for making and implementing management decisions in coordination of the interests of various subjects of complex economic systems in the digital economy. Prerequisites for digital integration are revealed. Economic interests of economic entities and state structures are analyzed. As a result, we propose an algorithm for making and implementing management decisions in coordination of the interests of the subjects of interaction in accordance with the life cycle of the product, as well as an algorithm of the operational level. The proposed algorithms are compiled in accordance with the principles of the concept "Industry 4.0" and can be used in the development of flexible integrated value chains to improve the efficiency of interaction between the subjects of complex economic systems.
