Abstract:

The Article compares the traditional and modern models of interaction between science and business. Preconditions for the implementation of entrepreneurial role of universities are revealed. The experience of Western European countries in creating a new type of university and the creation and development centers for entrepreneurship in Bulgarian technical universities are considered.
