Abstract:

The problem of lagging behind in the technological development of the national economy from the leading Western countries determines the need for rapid response and effective measures. In modern conditions of fierce competition in the world market and ongoing structural changes in the industries, high-tech industries acquire the status of a strategic factor in the development of the domestic economy, which confirms the relevance of the research topic. The purpose of this work is to analyze the problems and prospects, as well as the current state of high-tech industries in the national economy. The study was based on the use of the methodology of prognostic and analytical activities in conjunction with the study, analysis and generalization of the results obtained in the study of scientific works in the subject area of knowledge of Russian and foreign classical and contemporary scholars. Such general scientific methods of cognition, as a method of analogies, generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction were used as methodological tools of research. And the principles of systematic and integrated approaches are also applied. The problems and prospects of technological development of the domestic economy are analyzed. The essential characteristics of the points of technological growth and function are investigated. The most important conceptual bases of technological development of economy in the context of stimulation of high-tech productions are resulted. The author's view on the ways of solving modern problems of technological development of Russia is reflected.
