The article considers one of the main factors of innovative development of enterprises, which determines the effectiveness of their innovative behavior, the innovative corporate culture. The study of this topical problem was based on the methodology of studying the innovation process as a special specific type of activity, the main features of which are human intensity, creativity, originality, a high degree of uncertainty and risks, the duration of the innovation process over time. The method of system-creative analysis, monographic, causal and sociological research methods were applied. The article proposes approaches to the formation of innovative corporate culture and shows its effectiveness as a tool for managing sustainable advanced innovative development in the information and digital economy. The results presented in the article are based on the empirical experience of consulting activities of the team, including the authors of the article, in the business administration.
