Abstract:

This article examines questions about social and organizational systems and , in particular, approaches to asessment of the status and development of social and organizational systems in enterprises. It is noted that the existing asessment methods of functioning of systems do not give due consideration to the role of man in them and the nature of his interaction with social and organizational system. Thereby, we propose a new approach to the analysis of the functioning of social and organizational systems using integrated indicators of quality of work life.
