Abstract:

This article discusses various methods of estimating transaction costs in the market of intellectual labour. Innovative activity contributes to the creation of intellectual property, for the mastery of which it is necessary to bear transaction costs aimed at protecting exclusive rights and the use of intellectual property to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The article considers the evaluation methods proposed by Yu.I. Seliverstov and E.I. Ablyazov.
