Abstract:

The article proposes an algorithm for calculating the size of the shadow sector of small business in the region as the amount of lost income (turnover) due to inefficient business conditions for small enterprises in the region in comparison with the other more efficient regions. The calculation was made for small enterprises of the Zabaykalsky Krai according to the statistics of 2015-2016.
