ABSTRACT: This article is devoted to municipal procurement in education. The article substantiates the role that the state (municipal) order plays in the country's economy, influencing its general condition and determining development trends. The article also reflects the main stages of the implementation of procurement activities, where the goals, objectives, participants, dates, features of each stage are identified. The article defines the main features of procurement activities in education and evaluates the results and effectiveness of the implementation of the municipal order. The article reflects the most pressing problems and risks arising during the implementation of municipal procurement. Based on the analysis of all stages of procurement activities and features in the field of education, ways to minimize risks and solve problems were proposed.
