This article discusses the importance of corporate pension insurance in modern pension systems. The positive experience of corporate pension provision construction in developed foreign countries is considered, the problems typical both for foreign countries and for the Russian Federation are defined. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop corporate pension insurance as an effective tool to increase the level of pension provision of citizens, to ensure the financial stability of the pension system, an effective mechanism of personnel policy of a modern enterprise. Measures for the development of corporate pension systems in Russia are proposed.
