Abstract:

The scheme of the business process "Providing workwear and personal protection devices" of a mining enterprise using a process approach is presented. The theoretical part of the approach, as well as the modeling process, its advantages and importance for the company are briefly described. The list of input data for modeling the business process, as well as the shortcomings of the existing process identified during its analysis, is specified. A new business process implementation model and its components are presented.
