Abstract:

The factors influencing the state of the problem areas of restructuring and its effectiveness are identified and justified. The necessity of conceptual bases change of restructuring management under the influence of the revealed factors is specified. Strategic priorities of industry complex restructuring as means of its structural modernization are defined (on the example of Krasnodar region).
