Abstract:

The dynamics and structure of direct foreign investments in Russian economy, development of affiliated business units of international companies and joint venture companies are analyzed. The factors of attractiveness of Russian market for activities of huge international corporations and factors, defining a possible future specialization of Russia in scientific researches high-tech production, are presented. The advantages and risks of transfer of high-quality productions in the territory of the Russian Federation are examined. An assessment of attractiveness of separate sectors for the international corporations and of advantages of their innovative development for the country’s economy is presented.
