Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of the necessary components to ensure the competitiveness and development of enterprises in the Russian Federation. The author presents an approach based on the influence of organizational culture on enterprises in the direction of success. Social responsibility of companies and their human capital are defined as the sources for the formation of a highly effective organizational culture. In the course of the work the author explores the theoretical and practical aspects of the presented sources. Attention is paid to the place of our country in the world by the level of human capital development. The directions of development of organizational culture are offered in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises in the Russian Federation.


Highlights:

The growing processes of globalization, informatization, competition conditions and the realities of the business environment not only direct, but also determine the further ways of development for enterprises. We are convinced that the development of human capital and increasing the social responsibility of business are the necessary conditions and, at the same time, sources for the formation of a highly effective organizational culture of modern business environment. Positive image, loyalty of suppliers, consumers and employees in the long term will give a positive effect and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. We see a high probability of a synergetic effect from these sources in order to form of a highly effective organizational culture in particular and the development of enterprises in the Russian Federation as a whole.
