Abstract:

The article presents a comparative analysis of linear and circular models of the economy; the most popular model of circular economy (development by the EMF) is described; the practice of introducing the basic principles of closed loops in the activities of countries and enterprises is discussed; the directions of the development of circular economy are proposed.
