Abstract:

In an institutional system of “new economy” one of the central places belongs to innovative activities of small and medium businesses (SMB). A significant cause of the innovative activity of SMB is lack of personnel resources and innovative competence of businessmen themselves. On the basis of performed researches the Author proposes the set of measures aimed at improvement of a personnel provision system of SMB.
